About Her Circles

Her Circles is a Maryland based nonprofit devoted to the healing, wellness, and collective strength of girls and women.

Rooted in love, care, and cultural wisdom, Her Circles creates spaces where girls and women gather across generations to be seen, supported, and guided. We believe wellness is not a privilege. It is a sacred rite of passage nurtured through relationship, community, and shared experience.

Founded by Sophia Flynn, Her Circles was born from a deep commitment to uplifting women and girls through compassion, resilience, and connection. Our work is guided by ancestral knowing and lived experience. We honor the voices and wisdom of Black and Brown women while remaining open and affirming to all who share our values.

Through intentional gatherings, we invite moments of reflection, conversation, and restoration. Whether through shared dialogue, holistic wellness practices, or simple acts of presence, we cultivate environments where trust is built, stories are honored, and growth unfolds naturally.
